Detection of risk behaviors

Law 13/2011, of May 27, on communications, establishes that operators must implement mechanisms and protocols to detect risky behavior among registered users.

We will use objective criteria and indicators to identify activity patterns such as volume, frequency and variability of bets or deposits. In addition, we will consider other relevant quantitative or qualitative factors depending on the nature of the different games and the operator’s experience.

Users who display risky behavior will be notified by email about the situation detected and the options available to address it. These options include taking a self-assessment test, changing limits, self-exclusion or self-ban. From that moment on, they will not receive commercial communications or promotions.
